WE ARE A SMALL AWARD-WINNING LONDON BASED CHOCOLATE DESIGN COMPANY SPECIALISING IN EDIBLE TEXTURES AND ARCHITECTURAL SURFACES, BREAKING THE MOULD OF HOW CHOCOLATE IS TO BE SEEN, EATEN AND EXPERIENCED.
OUR HANDMADE CHOCOLATES INSPIRED BY TERRAZZO, CONCRETE, MARBLE AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE MADE FROM ALL NATURAL COLOUR AND FLAVOURS AND WE WOULD NEVER ADD ANY ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS TO THE MIX.
DRIVEN BY A CONSTANT CURIOSITY OF OUR SURROUNDINGS, WE ARE IN A CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT TO CREATE NEW INITIATIVES.
THIS NEVER-ENDING EXPLORATION IS AT THE CORE OF WHAT WE DO AND TAKES US TO CORNERS OF OUR IMAGINATION WE DIDN’T KNOW EXISTED.
OUR BUSY EAST LONDON BASED KITCHEN IS A MINIMAL AND NIMBLE OUTFIT THAT CAN BE PACKED DOWN AND ERECTED IN ANY CITY ACROSS THE WORLD. WE’VE COLLABORATED WITH CLIENTS AROUND THE WORLD TO BRING HIGH QUALITY, BESPOKE EXPERIENCES TO THEM, WHEREVER THEY ARE.
OUR COMMITMENT TO BEING AS RESPONSIBLE TO THE PLANET AS POSSIBLE RUNS THROUGH EVERYTHING WE DO. THIS AT TIMES MEANS HIGHER PRICES FOR WHAT WE USE. WE SIMPLY CAN’T AFFORD TO COMPROMISE.

THE TEAM
BRIK IS THE WORK OF DESIGNER KIA UTZON-FRANK, STRATEGIST RAFFAELLA BARUZZO AND CREATIVE ADAM HUNT. TOGETHER THEY MEET AT THE JUNCTURE OF CREATIVITY AND PRECISION.
KIA UTZON-FRANK
Kia is the choreographer of BRIK’s waltz between art and flavour. The London based Dane has created genre defying designs for Wallpaper*, Sir Terence Conran, Harry Styles, Tom Dixon, The Barbican and Goop. She originally trained as a goldsmith and is now using her hands to create as equally well crafted chocolates.

RAFFAELLA BARUZZO
Raffaella is the cement that holds BRIK together. Her extensive background in sales, operations and business development has seen her work for the likes of Rococo and Fortnum&Mason. For decades the Italian native has been the architect behind the success of international chocolate, confectionary, tea, coffee and spice companies. Her gaze is firmly fixed on customer experience.

ADAM HUNT - CREATIVE
Adam is the creative hand behind BRIK’s industrial aesthetic. The resident graphic designer has a long history of designing, building and developing brands. Working closely alongside Kia, he brings her thoughts and visions to life. Anything that isn’t chocolate has had Adam’s Midas touch.
