This vibrant tile begins with a fragrant layer of lemongrass. Once it starts to melt, the naturally pink, acidic and fruity ruby chocolate shines through followed by a warming layer of ginger. The green spirulina chips add an extra element of earthiness to this grounding and flavoursome tile.
